Who has constructed all the model ships showed in mixFotos?
All the model ships have been designed, planned and built by the Naval Expert Vctor Amo Fuentes.

Apart from a few of the ship models that have been purchased by catalogue from kit model dealers such kits include all that is necessary for the construction of the model ships the materials used in all the rest of the constructions are materials which can be purchased in a hardware store and/or in a wood shop. Materials purchased in model dealer shops have not been used, except for certain balsa woods that were used in a few of the constructions. Basically, the final aim of the ship models is their proper functioning; this idea is not applicable to the purchased kit ship models. Moreover, we must consider the fact that Victor is a Naval Expert and he is a hull and machinery specialist, and this may have influenced the fact that the ships are based on these parts.

Many of the tools used during the ship models constructions have been home manufactured. Scrap materials were used for tools such as the clamps or the tools used for cutting the strakes for covering the ships.

Different versions of the design program AutoCad were used. AutoCad was also used for the 3D drawings, but the program 3D Studio MAX was used for the 3D animation.

All these model ships have been constructed over a period of several years. In a sporadic but uninterrupted way, over decades Vctor Amo Fuentes has created a collection of ship models which are totally handmade, which mixFotos.com has the pleasure of showing you.

From this WEB page we would like to congratulate the work carried out over all these years.
